OW2con'20 Sponsors

OW2online'20, Keep the Conversation Going!

Given the duration of the pandemic we expect serious restrictions on travel and large group meetings until well beyond the planned date of OW2con.
Fortunately, you do not have to miss this opportunity, this year our conference is going online.

We have totally re-engineered our annual conference!

  • OW2con'20 will go online and be held as a virtual event in June.
  • And there will be an additional face-to-face community day in November.

Check out our new sponsorship opportunities . In a nutshell, here is what we offer to our sponsors:
- OW2con'20 becomes OW2online'20, it goes online and will be held as a virtual event in June. Sponsor logos will be displayed on the conference integrated chat and video front-end,
- We are maintaining the event format: one day of online presentations and 1/2 day of break-out sessions, June 17-18.
- And we create an additional face-to-face OW2 Community Day on November 3rd, a high profile event with all the keynotes and round tables, and live webcast the for attendees who will not travel.

COVID-19 Updates

(April 27, 2020) Well, four weeks ago we hoped we could keep OW2con as planned. Today, given the duration of the pandemic in France and most recent government health measures we must clearly expect travel restrictions and the impossibility of large group meetings to last beyond the planned date of OW2con. This year, OW2con goes online! Please check out this introduction to OW2online'20.

(March 30, 2020) Many technology events are being cancelled or postponed. What about OW2con? OW2con is a grassroots community and ecosystem event. While we are considering organizing parts of OW2con on-line, an entirely virtual event would not be an appropriate solution for the community.

As of March 30, OW2con’20 hosted at Orange Labs, June 17-18, is *maintained*. We are assessing the situation weekly and we will follow Orange’s recommendations. The final format of the event will be confirmed on May 26th the latest.

Note that, as a complement, and a potential back-up just in case, we are planning an additional community event on November 4 with a community dinner the evening before for which we will share more details ASAP.

We are expanding your sponsoring benefits accordingly. For the same cost, your sponsoring will be worth for two events, June and November, instead of one. Sponsorship will be acknowledged and brands showcased at each event. Speaking opportunities are for the June event, either in presence or online and sponsoring will be due in full and carried out over two events.
